This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies specifically to the SETU100 Kickstart Program available at www.setu100.com/kickstart99. SETU100 is committed to offering a positive and transparent experience for all participants. Please read the following terms carefully before enrolling in the program.

1. General Philosophy

At SETU100, we place student satisfaction and support at the heart of our values. We have established a liberal and student-friendly cancellation policy that allows for flexibility while ensuring the sustainability of our program operations.

2. Enrollment Fee

A nominal enrollment fee of ₹99 is charged for access to two live sessions, an LMS login, four exclusive projects, and the PTM of the SETU100 Kickstart Program.

This enrollment fee is refundable within 24 hours of payment, provided the live session has not yet started.

3. Post-Session Cancellation

The enrollment fee becomes non-refundable if a student has attended any part of the live session.

No cancellations or refunds will be allowed after the session has begun, regardless of attendance.

4. Subscription Fee for 13 Classes

After the introductory sessions, students can continue the program by paying a program fee of ₹900 for a set of 13 live sessions with assessment and certification.

A fixed calendar of sessions will be shared with the student upon successful payment.

5. Program Cancellation

The program fee of ₹900 is refundable within 24 hours of payment, only if the first live session from the batch has not yet commenced.

Once the session starts, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted for any reason.

6. Refund Policy for Sessions

No refunds will be issued after sessions have commenced, either for the initial ₹99 enrollment or the ₹900 subscription.

This policy ensures fairness and operational clarity for all participants.

7. Refund Process

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay.

Once a refund is initiated, it will be credited to the customer’s account within 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

8. GST Information

No GST is charged on the ₹99 enrollment fee or the ₹900 subscription fee.
