My SETU100 Journey: A Story of Growth, Achievement&Transformative Milestones
Hi, I am Srishti Kapoor, a daughter, sister, wife, mother but over and above an independent working woman in this fast pace world. I work as a trainer at SETU100 and have been in the field of teaching for the past 5 years. SETU100, is an NSDC partner company which providesskill development training specially in technical field in schools.
As a teacher, SETU100 has provided me a platform to share my knowledge with kids and make them future-ready. I have learned how to create a positive learning environment, which is essential for student growth. A positive learning environment requires patience and flexibility. One year into this system and I already see a transformative change in my own adaptability.
Every trainer of SETU100 is dedicated to the mission of developing students to become creators for tomorrow. Each trainer here is highly skilled and has a genuine passion for teaching. The entire team is very supportive. The love and respect that I receive from my manager and fellow trainers mean a lot to me.
What motivates me the most?
Coding is a language of the future. SETU100 provides an amazing interface and student-friendly curriculum. The curriculum places emphasis on critical thinking and problem-solving skills. We have an interactive and well-structured curriculum, which makes learning fun and enjoyable for kids.I usually take real-life examples to teach coding concepts to the students so that they can relate to them easily. Appreciation from students, their completed projects, and their feedback really keeps me going and boosts my overall confidence.
